Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at PlayTheGlass Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. Most of the items are shipped free.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or national holidays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Estimated shipping times

North America: 2-8 weeks, Europe: 2-8 weeks, Australia, New Zeland and Oceania: 3-8 weeks,  Asia Pacific: 3-8 weeks.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

PlayTheGlass ships to addresses via Western Bid, a leading international logistics service. Your order will be sent by combined consolidation method. First, by land transport from Kyiv to Warsaw (airplanes do not fly in Ukraine because of hostilities). Then your package will be delivered by UPS or Fedex to the Western Bid postal hub in Miami. From Miami, it will be delivered to your doоrstep via UPS or USPS postal services.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your order has shipped. To check the delivery process you may use your National Post Service. Just enter your tracking number in a special place and press the TRACK button. You can write to us and we will give you information about your item’s route. If there is no information about your item’s destination after 2 months’ time because of its loss (not delivering to your country), we will do a full refund to you.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

PlayTheGlass is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

PlayTheGlass packs all goods carefully with special packaging materials in order to be shipped safely without any damage. If you receive your item damaged, please, contact us here
